Who I Am
Hi! I’m Denis, a Product Designer with a background in computer science and years of experience working on diverse projects—from healthcare to Web3, fintech, and AI. I’ve also co-founded two startups, driven by the desire to solve real problems I encountered firsthand.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is the power of collaboration—designers and developers working in silos simply doesn’t work. Building great products requires close teamwork, clear communication, and a shared purpose. This philosophy has shaped the way I approach every project, ensuring we’re not just making things that look good but solving real user problems effectively.
I’m most passionate about uncovering insights that drive progress. I love digging into research, validating ideas, and finding those “aha” moments that lead to meaningful improvements. Whether working on new ideas or refining existing ones, seeing tangible progress is what keeps me excited about product design.
What I’m Most Proud Of
I’m particularly proud of the work I did at Docplanner, where I helped shape digital healthcare solutions that addressed real challenges for both patients and healthcare professionals. My startup experiences have also been incredibly rewarding, as they taught me resilience and the importance of stepping into uncharted territory.
Who I Am Beyond Work
Outside of work, I stay active and curious. Physical activities like biking keep me energized, while learning new skills helps me see the world from fresh perspectives. I’ve completed a philosophy course to challenge my thinking and recently started learning a new language to better understand different cultures. These experiences push me out of my comfort zone and inspire new ideas.
What’s Next
Looking ahead, I want to continue growing in design and beyond. My dream is to build strong, healthy design cultures that prioritize open feedback, foster collaboration, and inspire others to reach their full potential.
